2019 Ford Mustang Summary
The legendary Ford Mustang comes back better and stronger than ever with more power, improved styling, new features, and superior handling. Performance has been at the heart of every Mustang built, and the latest version of Mustang’s performance package pushes it into the world of sports cars, ready to battle it out with the best Europe has to offer.
50 years after the release of Bullitt, the 2019 Mustang sees the return of the nostalgia-inducing trim level. Released in 1968, the motion picture made cinematic history with its iconic car chase featuring police Lieutenant Frank Bullitt, played by Steve McQueen, in the Highland Green 1968 Mustang.
The Mustang is made to be driven on any type of road and is loved by all - curves and all. Take it for a spin and expose it to roads that bend and arch. You’ll observe power-assisted steering and rear suspension delivers responsive performance. The independent rear suspension minimizes body roll and isolates road imperfections. When road conditions change, the available MagneRide Damping system responds - 1,000 times per second for each damper - and smooths out the toughest of roads.
Mustangs are known for their performance, and you can continue to rely on its ability to deliver plenty of horsepower, but don’t overlook its stopping power. The range of brakes provides ample braking power. The standard electronic line-lock keeps the front brakes locked while Mustang is in gear to warm up the rear tires.
